RETURNS/WARRANTY 1
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at kdimusicllc.com@gmail.com so that we may assist you.

Instruments: 
We will credit the value of an item(s) and issue a refund for the instrument under the following conditions: 
When in doubt about a purchase, please e-mail us before purchase so that we can provide expert advice about the product you are interested in. 
A merchandise return authorization must be received from KDIMusic.com before items are shipped back to us and the Return Authorization Number must appear on the label outside of the package. 


Instruments being returned are new and unused in the original packaging. 
Items to be returned must be within 5 days after arrival at destination. 
Items are returned within 5 days of notification of return. 
Items are returned shipped prepaid and insured. 


All returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee pending condition of returned instrument. The quality and condition will be determined by KDI Music LLC.

Accessories: 
We will credit the value of an item(s) and issue a credit toward the purchase of another item(s) under the following conditions:

A merchandise return authorization must be received from KDIMusic.com before items are shipped back to us and the Return Authorization Number must appear on the outside of the package. 
Items being returned are in new, unused condition in the original packaging. 
Items are returned within 5 days.

All returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee pending condition of returned accessories. The quality and condition will be determined by KDI Music LLC. 
Music Books & CD's are subject to 25% Restocking Fee 
Due to manufacturer restrictions and recorded media (including videos, DVDs, karaoke CDs, etc.) can only be returned if the manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink-wrap is unopened.

A Return Authorization Number is required from us to authorize a return. Any shipments returned to us without the authorization number will be refused.

When returning items, please use the original packaging and boxes to return the merchandise to us, we recommend using UPS, USPS or Federal Express. Be sure to cover the original shipping address on the outside of carton. For your protection, be sure to retain the tracking number and e-mail it to kdimusicllc.com@gmail.com - Please insure the package for the value of the merchandise.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges or the buyer's shipping charges return to us.

For International Shipments - Custom Fees and Duty Taxes are not refundable.

Restocking Fees for Instruments (COVID-19) - 07/13/2020

Items that are returned in a condition less than described (Such as played) will be assessed a 35% Restocking Fee. Ordered Merchandise that are refused are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.

A Sterilization Fee shall be imposed for the following return items:

Covid-19 – Sterilization 07/13/2020

$20.00 for Mouthpieces 
$250.00 for Instruments

Saxophones: 
All saxophones are given rigorous inspections, adjustments and play testing in our shop to ensure that each model plays up to its potential. Every horn is thoroughly inspected, set-up and regulated. Then, each is play-tested by our staff to ensure it delivers everything a great saxophone should... great balance, wonderful full tone, ease of playing (low resistance), responsive action, quick intervals, altissimo range capability, power, intonation, etc.

In order to be able to sell saxophones in the best possible condition and to ensure the quality of what we sell, we do not offer an unrestricted trial and return policy. This is because we are unable to control the quality of a saxophone that leaves our control.

If you've seen the generally poor condition other retailers' "new" instruments are sold in, this truth will become obvious. If you purchase a saxophone from a vendor who offers trial periods, you must ask yourself..... Where do saxophones go after they are returned? 


Please e-mail us so that we can provide detailed information about the playing character of the saxophones we offer to help ensure your complete satisfaction before purchase. 
Returns can only be made if pre-authorized by us in the unlikely event of a product defect, verified by a repair professional we approve, in advance. Non-authorized returns are NOT accepted.
